HR FOCUS is based in Macarthur and services clients Australia wide. Before establishing HR FOCUS, Belinda worked as a HR Professional in small & large size businesses in Sydney, and was employed as a HR Manager, HR Consultant in a wide variety of Industries including Health, Retail, Aged/Community Care & Manufacturing. Belinda is university qualified with a Masters in Workplace Relations and Bachelor degrees. With over 25+ years experience in people management, emotional intelligence, Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, Belinda is considered an expert in the field of people management.

Stephen Pauley

Stephen Joined HR FOCUS in 2014 to expand the products and services to include Safety, Compliance and ISO implementation. Stephen has worked in Tech Start-Ups, Financial Markets, Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution. Stephen is university qualified, with a Masters Degree in System Administration, Diploma in Work Health & Safety and also has internationally recognised ISO Lead Auditor & ISO Implementation certifications.

Stephens industry experience covers Professional Services, Legal Services, Construction, Civil Works, Manufacturing, Logistics and Financial Markets.
