
Course Overview
Course length: 3 hrs
All workers are required to take all reasonable steps to eliminate bullying, harassment and violence in their workplace. Management and people with supervisory roles also have a responsibility to make sure relevant laws and company procedures & policies are understood by workers to prevent these behaviours.
This course provides participants with the necessary knowledge regarding legal and duty of care obligations, how to identify bullying, harassment and violence in the workplace and the steps to follow to address these issues in your workplace.
